did and that’s how and why I decided to buy a copy of Sean
Nalewanyj book: "The Truth About Muscle Building". Well To be
honest, I expected to see some bullshit bragging about how you
can gain muscles within such a short time as prior to getting
this book. Unbelievable, I thought. But the fact that it came
with an endorsement from 7 top experts in the same field and
that his first program released back in 2007 was a top seller
got me interested to find out a bit more about this new updated
book. Anyway, it came with a guarantee so; I decided to give it
a try. Why not… I can always return it if I’m not satisfied
right?
What a pleasant surprise. I got hook the minute I started
reading the huge 266 pages ebook.
Off to a good start is that Sean presented it in plain
simple English without confusing you with too much jargons.
Exactly what beginners would be looking for. It’s fun and easy
to read and all information is compact and well explained. You
can be a complete newbie but when you read Sean’s book, you
would not be confused at all. I suppose that’s one reason why
it has such a huge following and a best seller in
clickbank.
And if you are wondering if Sean started off as being a
blessed guy with good genes and a great body that comes easy,
then you may be glad to know that he actually grew up as a
skinny wimpy 120lbs guy. He is now a lean and muscular 200 lbs
man with no lack of admirers. So you are hearing from someone
who has been through it all, the hard work, the sweat, and not
from someone who is talking airy-fairy by reading some
theoretical stuff and regurgitating them back to you.
If you are looking for a book that covers everything from A
to Z about muscle building, then this book is for you. Taking
note that his readers are mainly beginners, Sean provided what
I call a step-by-step muscles building program that
takes you through the whole process. This is really a time
saver for someone just starting on training as it takes away
all research and guesswork for you. You don’t have to think
what and how to do it; it’s all laid out in great details for
you.
Instead of jumping straight into the training programs, one
thing that Sean did well is that he started off managing your
expectation and stressed the importance of having yourself
mentally prepared for the hard work ahead. He did not promise
an easy route to your success. You have to be prepared to work
hard. It’s a matter of determination and perseverance that will
bring you the result that you wanted, not merely filling your
mind with the necessary knowledge. He even went further to
teach you how you can motivate yourself along the way. He
really makes sure that there is no stone left unturned. This
only goes to show that he sincerely wanted all who bought his
book to succeed. He takes pride in you succeeding using his
training program! I see this as a real boost to the honesty of
his program.
